Why you should buy this car:
>It is in excellent condition – far superior to ALL the other cars I drove when I was searching for one. Just come see it and test drive it.
>Initially owned by a bank, then bank employees, then me. Driven only inside Kigali for most of its life.
>Originally bought new from Akagera Motors here in Rwanda – this means that ALL spare parts are easily available in the market (unlike some imported models), and if there is a recall it can be taken back to the dealer for a free repair (see below regarding airbag issues). No problems with rust or corrosion like imported models from Canada and other countries with cold winters (salting roads in winter is very corrosive).
>No major accidents or history of significant structural damage.
>Tire key and jack included.
>Full size spare tire included.
>Multiple improvements during my ownership (since 2014) including:
-fully repainted (was originally black)
-front shocks replaced
-brake pads and shoes replaced
-tires replaced (still with very good tread)
-head lamps replaced
-Imported from US Pioneer model MVH-X3708 radio with Bluetooth and USB connectivity installed (it will charge your phone!)
-The airbag has been replaced – there is a worldwide recall of Takata brand airbags (in Toyota and many other cars), which can explode and shoot metal shrapnel during a collision causing serious injury or death – this affects 2004-2005 Rav4 as well as many other car makes and years – make sure you look into it before you buy a car.

Car available July 8th or slightly earlier that week. We will be leaving the country permanently on Friday, July 8th, but will need use of the car that week. Can work with you to transfer car ownership during that week or prior.
